Last night, I had a dream that a two-minute clip of the miniseries was uploaded on YouTube.  It was not an official trailer, but a short clip leaked by a member of the production crew.

Some guy in the 19th century saves a rabbit from his cat and nurses him back to health.  He also accumulates a large number of gold bard, which he stores in his garage.  However, the garage is soon forgotten and nobody knows where the gold is.

In the present day, the garage is rediscovered and the guy who found it sells tickets to people from various countries to take a look at all the gold.  Also it is revealed that the rabbit saved in the 19th century is an ancestor of Bigwig.  Therefore, due to some legal complexities, Bigwig is the legal owner of all the gold.  But Bigwig feels that he has more important things to worry about, such as figuring out if a rabbit in a promotional image for the miniseries is Clover or someone else.

Last night I had a dream that part of the plot of the miniseries is accidentally leaked on the Internet, on a website that has lots of ads.  It seems that Strawberry comes from Efrafa instead of Cowslip's warren.

In episode 2, Woundwort detects the existence of Hazel's gang, so he sends Strawberry, Hyzenthlay and Thethuthinnang out to interview them.

In episode 3, Hyzenthlay makes a bargain in exchange for her friend's safety.  However, in episode 4 she learns that as a consequence of a magical spell gone wrong, she will be forced to get married to the Black Rabbit of Inlé, who is also voiced by a woman.  The others have to try to save her.

I find this new subplot horrifying.  I want to post this new information on the forum, but there doesn't seem to be any thread where it would be appropriate.  After a while, I eventually decide to post it here in the dreams thread.  Then I wake up.

I had a dream last night.  While researching the miniseries ratings I discovered something unusual using a Kosovo proxy, that didn't exist in any other proxy.  It was a 30-second YouTube video featuring a segment from the miniseries.

The video is of low quality, and appears to have been made by filming a screen.  Bigwig looks more like in season 3 of the older series than like in the released images.  The characters hardly move, and for a few moments I wonder whether this is actually an animated segment or a series of stills.

I post the video on the forum, and soon everyone starts discussing the character of Dewdrop, who appears in the background for a single frame.  @Magic-Rabbit says that he sees four shadows around her, while @florapaw only sees one.  @Carnation264 suggests that this might be the result of a magical spell similar to one used in the DuckTales reboot.

How do you make dreams of Watership Down at all times Hipster-Roo? For many nights you achieve it.
On the contrary I only have nightmares and dreams of third with dark neighborhoods.   :irony
And you have dreams with bunnies    :pipkin2

Quite some time ago, I cannot rightly remember when, I dreamt that I took a stroll through a rather pleasant piece of country.

Now, I have never been to the English countryside; I have never been to England. But something told me I was in the vicinity of Watership Down, and that the farm I had passed a little ways back was Nuthanger.

Nothing of note happened beyond that, and even if it did, I could not remember it in the morning when I wrote it down.

Not too exciting, I am afraid, but I figured that I might as well share.
I've missed this place.

It's still interesting to hear, even if it was a minor part of the dream. :D

Had a dream last night about the Watership down miniseries. It started with the watershipers at cowslips warren. Turns out cowslip wanted to make a pie out of them (kind of like Peter rabbit) so they all run inside a library to find a place to hide. They ask the librarian to not tell cowslip where they're hiding, but she tells them that she is pregnant and needs a rabbit pie to keep up her strangth so she goes and tells cowslip were they are hiding. While she does this all of the rabbits are already running outside of the library. They then get swept away in a river and go down a waterfall were they see a bunch of Grizzlies fishing. They all swim to land and on top of a cliff they find lady Strawberry. She was telling them something, but I don't remember what. Than it turns night and the rabbits are still running. They soon bump into a ware wolf and start fighting with it. Than the first episode was over.
After watching the show I see an add for it on the channel 4kids along with advertising ninja turtles and the winx club.

The rabbits looked pretty similar to how they look in the actual series probably stuck in my brain after looking at the images so much.

I do not understand how they manage to suggest themselves to have such lucid dreams with bunnies. Sure you drink a lot of milk or carrot juice and you sleep between bunny stuffed animals. XD
I've only had nightmares where I fight against villains, but there are no rabbits, no mice.   :hannah3

That sounds pretty awesome Cockatiel :hannah4 I kinda like the idea of Cowslip posing an actual threat to the Watershippers, rather than just the wires.  Maybe the miniseries will go this route (without, of course, the library and the rabbit pie thing).

I had a dream last night that I got a copy of the miniseries colouring book from a library in Watson Lake, Yukon, because it was the only store that sold it at a reasonable price.  The book includes a prologue in which the author talks about how great the miniseries is.  He mentions some of the differences, such as how he “can't find any trace of Pipkin, [I forgot the next two items] and Vervian".  Yes, Vervain was misspelled.

The book begins with a doe called Avon-rah, who climbs a staircase to meet El-ahrairah.  El-ahrairah is busy frolicking with "magical creatures" like the unicorn, the "great wolf" and the camel, and is annoyed at being interrupted.  However, he is quite excited when Avon-rah tells him that "the new Chief Rabbit" is here.

Next, we meet a turtle who seems to be the miniseries equivalent of Rabscuttle.  When he's not busy adventuring, he spends his spare time in a casino.  He complains that fans complain about him.  He says that he's a great character and the fans are should learn to appreciate him.  He then talks about his most recent adventure.

He had jumped off a collapsing platform and crashed into a miniature house built of wooden bricks.  The house broke apart, allowing him to touch the magical green brick in the centre and save his life.  The game master is annoyed that this is bad level design: the green brick should have been visible from the outside but it wasn't.  Since the turtle had no way of knowing it was there, he is accused of cheating.

It turns out that the new Chief Rabbit Avon-rah was talking about is Hazel, and we cut to Sandleford's destruction.  It turns out Fiver had his vision while it was happening, and Hazel's gang escaped with just minutes to spare.  The entire scene with meeting the Threarah is eliminated.

Nothing too exciting, but:

At the very end of my dream, I was in a shop which was releasing the picture book and colouring book, and suddenly there were swarms of people coming to get their copies. I was flicking through the books to see whether they were worth buying and saw a few new pictures of the colouring book and was still a bit unsure about the wording inside. :D

Edit: some of the other dreams in this thread made me laugh so hard my mother thinks I've gone insane. Yay? :hannah4

I kept forgetting to post this but an article about dreams in the newspaper reminded me.

-It was only a little thing but the night after I watched the miniseries there was a moment in my dream where I was in a car driving home from some sort of event when I looked outside and saw a man (or two men) dressed up as Hazel and hopping along the street and I thought, "Oh that must be for the miniseries." Weird thing was that it was a TV series! Hazel suit.

-Then a couple a days ago I had a dream where I was a rabbit(!).
I was inside a bus talking to someone(also rabbit). It was a really old bus and wasn't moving or anything but more of a building(I think it was supposed to be part of Efrafa or something). I don't remember what I was talking about but at one point I look behind this person and see the doors open and in hops Captain Orchis.
I actually gasp( :vervain-facepalm) and the other person looks behind them, sees Orchis and looks back at me and then rolls their eyes at me. "Seriously? Captain Orchis?"
Clearly they do not approve but I ignore them and hop over to Orchis and address him nervously with a "Captain Orchis?" He just says, "Yes?" and I pull a bouquet of flowers from behind my back and present them to him saying, "Are you hungry, sir?"
He looks at me, then the flowers, then he smiles and answers, "Why yes, as it happens I am." and he takes a bite from the flowers. Then says, "Hmm my favourite." Then he tells me to follow him...
...and then I woke up. :orchis

-Lastly, this was a sort of half-dream-thought? I wasn't really asleep but I wasn't really awake either. You know that moment between sleep and waking when you get the weirdest ideas and they all make perfect sense then? ...No?
Anyway, in this miniseries Woundwort was so crazy about humans he wanted to emulate them as much as possible so he would occasionally install human customs or items in Efrafa and the Efrafans had to learn these things. This time Woundwort had decided to introduce... candlelight diners.
So he called his counsel to the counsel chamber where it was appropriately dark and lit a bunch of candles they had raided from the humans and put piles of flayrah near them and then ordered his Captain to pair up and enjoy. After first telling Vervain to join him.
...and all of that made perfect sense to me at the time.
