There's great potential here. Finally, our first image that at least shows the type of animation they plan to use, it's not a lot but it's something and that's better than nothing.
Thanks for sharing it :buttercup

Jaeson Finn has tweeted another image. This time, he seems to be working on character models (a rabbit and a cat).

That looks quite good and realistic. If that's what tv series is going to look like, then it will be visually pleasing at least. :)

Now THAT image looks promising! I like the way it looks!

That wine tho... well, if the animation ends up looking wobbly we'll know why :p

This article says that the series still will be traumatizing for children.
I'm so excited I liked the fact that the movie is a bit scary for children.

Well, this surely promising news. I hope it says in its nature, true to the book with its meaning and portrayal of its themes at least.

I am glad to hear it won't be "baby-proofed", so to speak :el-ahrairah

Hmmm...early computer graphics worry me, but its a work in progress.  I've seen a lot of bad computer graphics, but then I've seen some pretty bad 2-d animated stuff too.  At least progress is being made and the show is still on. :hawkbit2

If you want an example of semi realistic cgi rabbits made by this company, take a look at the Peter Rabbit series they've made. I think the rabbits looks pretty good in that series. I hope this miniseries follows a similar style.

I really would have wanted a series of 13 or 26 episodes in CGI or animated. Instead of a new movie this way I would have many more hours of entertainment from my favorite series. I hope it's worth it.    :strawberry2
I love Watership Down!

Everything is fine =) (?)

It'll hopefully be if the people adapting it are just as passionate creating it as of those who have adapted it already in the Tv Show and the Film. ;)
