It probably goes a bit against the modern-thinking of breaking down gender expectations that I wouldn't term males 'pretty', personally - at least not in my understanding of the word. Is why I immediately only thought of female characters in my response. Males for me are handsome, yes; pretty, no. Just my personal thoughts on that! :D
Ah, you're right meadow. :D Since English isn't my main language I thought of the same meaning, but you're right! Handsome would be a more fitting description of a male character.
Since I'm gay I only could have thought of male characters, as it's kinda hard for me to tell which female characters are pretty, tbh.  :hannah4
Even tho, if we're not limited to the word 'pretty', I'd still choose Moss as the most handsome guy in the series, hrhr. x)
*Leo should learn more English again* x3"

When I made this thread, I didn't really think about whether the word "pretty" could apply to both male and female characters.  I was thinking about the best-looking character, regardless of gender.

Still, everyone's answers have been interesting.  The two most popular characters seem to be Blackberry and Primrose (that was really funny Acacia :hannah4 )

Vervian.. Prettiest definitely!!
Kehaar would disagree with you on that :kehaar Although I agree more with Pipkin, who thinks he's not that bad :vervain

TV show blackberry will never be as pretty as movie blackberry. Just look at my avatar he's gorgeous
Absolutely true! :blackberry-buck

As for my own answer...

Buttercup! :buttercup Too bad she only appears in the Christmas special :(

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT IS TRUE! Thanks to Leo, I had forgotten the category of males. On the girls side this Blackberry, although its male counterpart, is not bad either ... Mhmmmm Some day I will have to do a drawing of them in mirror format.

Of males, I do not have the slightest doubt: "Silverweed"
Not only is he handsome, he is also ultra adorable. It is the cutest rabbit in the series in my opinion.

I love Watership Down!

Everything is fine =) (?)

Here lies a signature that has little point.

i guess granite does sound really weird :D but isnt he also the one who was told to kill blackberry, but then went against orders and didnt? if were having a beauty contest, cant it also count internal beauty? i think granite is a pretty sweet bunny (especially for darkhaven) if thats the case!

Granite is an interesting character, he really doesn't seem as bad as Shale or Feldspar.  It's a good thing he escaped the Black Rabbit in the end.  He might be able to start a new positive life somewhere.  Or maybe even return to Watership Down.

Anyway, the best-looking male character...

FIVER!  He's just so cute.

I think we love the characters by their personality, skills, loveable, strong, intelligent, handsome, grumpy or leaders.
For one reason or another we love it.   :blackberry-buck
