I really like that piggy bank :D They could have made a bank shaped like Hyacinth for the 1999 series ack... Bookmarks like Florapaw suggested would also be nice :)

What's interesting, though, is this: promotional merchandise for the 1999 series is rather rare, 18 years after the series premiered.  It's even worse for the 1978 film.  The value of miniseries merchandise will probably grow over time, and eventually it might become as rare as for the other adaptations of WD.

Indeed, it will be dear.  Hopefully, the merchandise for the miniseries will grow indeed.  :bigwig3

And if in any given case we can not find the merchandise, we can always have it done: In drawings, artifacts, stuffed animals, calendars. Something personal is always encouraging.   :captain-broom

Oh, this sounds promising. ^-^ Being careful about it, tho. :bigwig3
Really curious, what figures and sculptures they might get on the market, and where to get them. Pretty much thinking they'll be sold in UK mostly.

I wonder if the artist already have been given the show designs. I hope their cheap enough to afford.
I really like to hear this news cause it seems that the toys/sculptures will be put time into and not some cheap plastic from a big company.
My Youtube account is CockatielPony. Go check it out i post stuff

Whist I'm most likely going to agree with you on that Leo, I'm supposing they will also be selling them in which ever country they feel they can make as much money as possible.

That includes the European continent.  :buttercup

It appears that another company, Spotlight Licensing, will be handling merchandising in North America.

(does anyone think they might be able to make it to the Las Vegas Licensing Expo next month? ;)

Also, I don't know if this image had already been released before:

They look pretty cool, hopefully take out exact figures of these models. It seems that they will look like this in the series, since they are official products. They look very good, it catches my attention a lot. I have to have my money ready for this event.    :buttercup

Some items have started feeding through ready for a month or so time...

One bookshop website is already showing a colouring book with that same art of Hazel and Fiver on the front. Don't think it is actually available to buy yet, though. Tempting! Although with a few of these colouring books, I think to actually colour the pictures would spoil the book!  :marigold
Here lies a signature that has little point.

I have to agree with this.  If/when I get this colouring book, I probably won't colour it, unless I photocopy it.
