Well, there are also Apps in the Play Store that will pollute your device with ads. Usually, it shows the following symptoms:
You're surfing the Web and suddenly, the Play Store opens and wants to install you some apps you never heard of and you never want to have. Or, you see virus messages on your screen. By clicking them, you just will be redirected to the Play Store or worse: An app installs and you don't know, what damage it will cause on your device!
The root of all evil are apps, that install Adware which makes it impossible for you to operate your device without being interrupted by annoying ads and fake-alerts.
Fortunately, I only had three apps so far that caused such trouble. But maybe, you also had apps with adware. Feel free to post them here, so other users are aware of that crappy stuff.
App-Blacklist:
Fringe Glyph Translator
It should be a nice app that helps you decoding the symbols, that appear in the tv-show Fringe.
Lost Alarm
An alarm-clock in Lost-style. Not only poorly programmed, but also contaminated with adware.
Lost Facts
Would be nice for Lost-Fans, when it wouldn't pollute your device.
Samsung Fonts
Yes, unfortunately, also Samsung-fonts are involved to this problem. When you're in your device-settings, you can choose different font-styles and you can download more fonts. But downloading other fonts may install you ad-ware that brings you fake virus-alerts.
