Watership Down song by America
« on: June 06, 2011, 12:28:46 AM »
Has anyone here heard of the song Watership Down by America? From what I heard it was to be the movie theme song but it was replaced by the song Bright Eyes.

Here's a link to a WSD music video I made using the song.

Yes, I have heard this song and I believe it was made after the film came out, so this song was never meant to replace Bright Eyes.  I have a topic up already about the three songs of WD.  http://fhc.soopergrape.com/index.php?topic=33.0

There are a couple of versions of America's Watership Down.  The one I have has the drum solo in the bridge.  I know there's a cheap mp3 version floating around out there with some "whoo-oooo" in the same place, which I think is a bit cheesy.  The instrumental solo is more in tune with the book and film. ;)
