Spy Games in Watership Down. That's not new, but I think, Spartina is the right rabbit for that job. Even, because no one suspects her (except for Captain Holly). Alright, we can discuss now, why Bigwig doesn't see her as a threat. It may be, because he still got the thinking, that those works must be done by bucks, not does (similar to the digging thing).

And it's cool, that Spartina begins to doubt on her mission, after she reached Watership Down.

And of course, we have the storyline between Campion and Blackberry, what I like really much. And what's really cool is, that Blackberry saved Granite's life; and that she should be judged to death for that.

The fact, that Spartina assigned Granite to kill Blackberry, shouldn't she be back by round moon, put the final touches to this episode.

I just re-watched this one tonight.  What I do like is Campion's line about how Hazel protects what he loves, and that is what makes him dangerous.  Never are truer words spoken. ;)  People will do anything to protect what they believe is right so we got ourselves a pretty powerful message to remember.

I also quoted this episode on the thread about Silverweed in character discussions, because its implied that Silverweed perhaps is the most powerful rabbit around, given that he thinks he could basically control anyone's mind.  Maybe he should've tried it on the general sooner!  Or Cowslip. :p

Okay episode. :)

I agree that the above was a good, strong quote of Campion's.

I felt Bigwig's attraction to Spartina seemed more natural than Campion's and Blackberry's sudden love.

Here lies a signature that has little point.
