Creepy flirting is Vervain's department, not Woundwort's.

Vervain's just a big brute now. It's lame.  Lame, I say!

Lamer still that they obviously pulled strings from the series, just gave them to an original character.

That's what I thought.  His voice actor, Jason Watkins, called him "sadistic" in an interview back in 2016.

I mean, he ain't wrong.  He's like series Vervain cranked up to eleven in terms of cruelty.  With less of the fun.

He's also usually right.  Carrying the torch.

I might like series Vervain a little much.

"Vervain is right." - General Woundwort

VERVAIN IS RIGHT
Oh what series!Vervain would have given to hear those words!
(honestly I laughed too hard at that)

Ah I like Orchis. I mean not nearly as much as Series!Vervain but I like him nevertheless. He got his revenge. He succeed. I was so surprised at that yet oddly pleased (sorry Holly).

If i saw right (because I found it hard to keep track of which Efrafan is which) then I did like Vervain's look and his VA was fittingly mini-Woundwort as his book counterpart is.
But I loved Orchis' VA, he did an amazing job, and I also kinda really love the tufts of raised hair on his back? Some other Efrafans had it too I think?

I forget which one was Vervain, I could only think of how much I liked Orchis as a character. I had to look him up to see if he appeared in the book, I'm glad they gave that hyena rabbit more screen time.

The officers of Efrafa in this adaptation, look and manifest more evil than ever. They are rude, cruel, imposing and feared. Anyone would be afraid of them if they were my jailers. And the voice acting in Spanish, makes them more threatening, especially Wounwort. I loved seeing the noble captain Campion. I just missed Moss ... I know Leo would have liked to see him there.    :campion      :moss
I love Watership Down!

Everything is fine =) (?)

Did the dog kill Orchis at the end? Before the dog saw Woundwort, he killed one efrafin rabbit. The rabbit looked liked like he had hyena back fur, so I thought it may have been Orchis.

a lot of the Efrafa rabbits were jerks. At the end Sainfoin seemed to be more nervous when he was in the Watership warren with Woundwort. Campion was a good rabbit as always.

Yeah, Orchis is essentially the evil Vervain from the series, although I have to agree that he doesn't provide as much comic relief.

I honestly can't really remember anything about Vervain or Sainfoin, apart from the fact that apparently it was Sainfoin's idea to train Bigwig for the owsla.

Let's talk about the Efrafan with the one overly-long claw.

Missed that one!
He appears only in episode 2, his job is to mark newcomers. And he has the ugliest face.

I don't recall his name being mentioned. I can't remember him speaking either; it was another officer who announced whose turn it was to be marked.

He could slice a throat with that claw!
