Browser/Keyboard problem
« on: September 25, 2016, 09:43:14 PM »
So, my nephew was smashing my keyboard (I wasn't fast enough to stop him in time) and ripped a few keys from it (although, I did manage to find and re-insert all of them) but that's not the important part, the important part is that now, every time I try to scroll down a site with the keyboard, the text-input icon appears on the screen and, while it does let me scroll, it stops on EVERY clickable thing and selects it. It's super annoying and I haven't found a way to fix it. So please, if you have any advice on how to fix this, do let me know.

It is driving me nuts.

It sounds as if a key is stuck.  Try pressing the keys (not just the ones that fell off, but all of them) a few times, and hopefully that will fix the problem.  Make sure you unplug your keyboard before doing this :p

I REALLY don't know why, but pressing "F7" fixed the problem. Thanks, Chipster :)
