This is awesome.

Those eyes in the last one though.

Damn, that's weird to accept as Warriors.  It looks based on the mangas.

Like, as fanart, I could definitely see it. In official media though? Takes me off-guard.

Imagine if that WSD book had been like this? That would have been amazing!  I wonder if this is a one time thing or if they plan on rereleasing the next books as well.

It's a dutch exclusive, just like the diary and the learn how to draw warrior cats book. The illustrator for both those did these as well. I vastly prefer her style to the manga one tbh.  Though some illustrations and poses are very hilariously manga.

Oh yea I get that. I thought it was a joke when I first saw the cover.

Like, "Wait. Really? Huh."
Add "Is this for real?" and that pretty much was my response too^^

And then I remember the interview with Gillian last year where she said she had been told Fantoom (who release Warriors and Bravelands in Dutch) were working on something illustrated. At the time I thought a translation of the manga was meant but I think this was it instead.

I too would like to get an illustrated book of watership down sometime.

I like the distinctive look they gave the cats on the cover. The only problem I have is with Brokenstar (I think). Why does he have muscular man arms? It almost looks like the villian is a warecat XD. Blackstar also has a really huge long arm.

The illustrations kind of look similar to the manga series. It has a nice simple look to it.
My Youtube account is CockatielPony. Go check it out i post stuff

I would like to get back into reading the books, but I smashed my way through 42 of them (and a manga) from january to march in 2018 and I burnt myself out *__*
There used to be a link for a google drive that had all the books, but its been taken down :(
