I am excited! *Sings* Guess what time of year it is, guys?! *Stops singing* Anyone? You, through the computer screen. Yes, you.

That's right! It's holiday time! And you know what holiday time means?! (Yes, you there again.)

CORRECT! HOLIDAY MUSIC! Isn't it awesome?!

Before we go any farther, I should clarify something: Yes, I am super excited. Yes, I am rather hyped up in a way only dance or huge amounts of sugar will get me. (And since I'd never eat that much sugar, that leaves only one option.) Yes, I love holiday music. It's the best thing ever to dance to and it's either awesomely cheerful or awesomely deep and soul-searching. Great, right? I'll try to behave now.

*Clears throat*

Anyway, have any holiday music favorites you want to share?

Some of my favorites are Faeries, by Mannheim Steamroller (And of course the original version too!)
God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman, by Mannheim Steamroller.

And. . . . Really anything by Mannheim Steamroller.
Yule Shoot Your Eye Out, by Fall Out Boy (Really, you should have known something like this was coming by now) is honestly hilarious and an awesome song.

Heh, finally another one who seems to enjoy the classic holiday songs, just like me! :D
Nearly everyone in my nearer environment hates them, but I'm really up for all those classical songs.
Winter Wonderland, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Little Drummer Boy, Feliz Navidad or simply Jingle Bells. You name them, I love them. They always make me cheerful and happy for the upcoming events to the end of the year.

Right now e.g. a CD of a famous german female singer is running up and down with all these classic songs (in eng. and german).
But also I love the real classic/choral adaptions from the "Mormon Tabernacle Choir", love the guests they are inviting each year to their concerts. <3

Sure, if you'd like to, share some links of your favourite versions! There never can be enough christmas songs in my playlist awaiting the upcoming Frithmas! :D

YES! Thank you for making this thread. I'll listen to holiday music all the time, including in April :D They're just so great.

I like many of the pieces we've played in our school band.

My brother and I really like the Nutcracker Suite as well :D My favorites are the Overture and the Waltz of the Flowers.

Also, The First Noel/Pachelbel's Canon.

Shame on me, but the time has come again for Christmas music! :D My most favorite time of the year, honestly. x3

Right now I'm absolutely in love with the adaption of classical Christmas songs by the United States Navy Band. So lovely and fitting for this time of the year, in my opinion. :3
