Million Dollars, but...
« on: January 05, 2016, 04:32:46 AM »
Would you take a million dollars, even if there was a catch?

Rules of the game are simple: Ask the person below you if they would take a million dollars, even if it means they have to go through an unpleasant scenario as part of the deal. Repetition of the questions are allowed.

Would you take a million dollars if... You need to crawl on the ground on your hands and knees every time you go into a library.

In a heartbeat, yes.

I'm sure with a million dollars I could afford to buy any book I need online, or from a bookstore, or maybe even an ebook subscription. I haven't been in a library in several years now (ebooks), so it wouldn't be much of a change.

Had this been thirty years ago, I still think I would, but it's be a mighty big inconvenience.

Question's a good one, next person can take a shot with OP's question.
"I don't know. Does anybody know?"

I go to libraries often...but I'd take the million. I'd probably wear gloves to keep my hands sanitary. It would actually be pretty funny :D (I would have to explain to everyone why I'm doing that, though).

Would you take a million dollars if: you couldn't own an electronic device ever again? (You can still use other people's devices, or rent)

NO. Never! I'd have to be away from you guys ;)

Would you take a million dollars if you had to take small loans of 20k at a time from Donald Trump, but you only had to give back 50%?

Nope. I don't like loans.

If you had to give up all meat that isn't grass fed, grass finished, and organic?

Hmm, ok. That actually sounds like a good idea.

If you had to give up your favorite hobby.

I don't think so, those surgeries would cost more then a million dollars. And I might have use for my organs yet.

If you had to swim from one end of Lake Michigan to the other?
"We'll carry on,
We'll carry on
And though you're dead and gone believe me
Your memory will carry on
We'll carry on
And in my heart I can't contain it
The anthem won't explain it."

No because I might die in the process :P

If you had to choose one letter and start all your sentences with that letter.

Would you take a million dollars if you were required to gain  one hundred pounds in order to get it?

@Skeebop: Sure, I'd choose 'I' and make everything easy.

@Hyz: Oh heck no, you ever see a fat ballerina?

Not really, people can barely understand my handwriting as it is :P

Imagine that you had to wear only winter clothes throughout the year, would you do it?

For a million bucks I'd say it twice. I already repeat myself enough as it is.

For a million, would you keep it all or give it all to charity?

Ideally, I'd keep some for me and my family and donate the rest. But if I had to choose one, I hope I'd choose the charity route.

Would you take a million dollars if you had to be placed in solitary confinement for a year?
