Deep house, Trap, Electro house and I sometimes the drunk friend who dance freak out to his favorit sound... Haha

I REALLY like Pop. Their lyrics tend to be powerful and a lot of songs start off with really impressive music arrangements (specially those from the late 80's and early 90's).

All of them. I have seldom met a song I did not like on some level. I can listen to goddamn crunkcore and just be like, "Eh, it's okay."

I do particularly like folk music, especially if it gets a bit experimental and out there. Tunng and Beirut come to mind. Sometimes I get into places where all I want to listen to is electro-swing or baroque pop. I'm very easily swayed by alternative-y music; been really into Capital Cities' one album lately, though, that could also be classed as indie pop. Musical styles are too damn diverse and broad. According to my WMP library, I have more electronica music than anything besides genres "other" and "unknown." Sounds about right to me.

Exactly the same here. Orchestral tracks are so vivid and emotive, and WSD's soundtrack is no exception. Indeed, a lot of OSTs for movies have great instrumentals that are forgotten about because of their connection with a mediocre movie.

Though, I do have a soft spot for 60s and 70s pop music that I can't explain.

I like metal and gothic in general, as well as alternative and ebm, but also Folk, some Country, Pop (that's not chart-driven) and so much more.

My style is quite varied. I do care about how music sounds (without a good melody, you might as well just be saying words), but to me what's more important are the lyrics themselves. I can like how a song goes, but if I think its message is inappropriate, irrelevant, or frankly uninteresting, I'm not prone to listening to it

Every song on my playlist has a reason to be there. It means something to me - inspires me or makes me feel good in some way. I try to find purpose in everything I do, even the songs I listen to.

That being said, I really do like music, and I listen and play it quite often.

I'd say I have an incredibly wide range of musical interest. I listen to hardcore gangsta rap, ( Mr. Criminal, FloRida, NWA) regular R and B   ( Prince, Beyonce) heavy metal ( Iron Maiden, Ozzy, etc) , opera ( Luciana Pavarotti, Ana Netrebko, Maria Callas, etc etc), 1980's and 1990's  pop ( Erasure, Depeche Mode, The Cure, Duran Duran), jazz ( John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald,  Louis Armstrong)  ...so just about anything except US country music. I cannot stand that type of music.

Hey Hyz, do you mean old country or the new country? I'm not the biggest fan of new country, but there are some songs I like. But the old country is the best. Okay, I might be biased here, since my dad does sound almost exactly like Willie Nelson - it's almost creepy - but Merle Haggard is awesome oo.

That being said, I'll listen to just about anything. . . With the exceptions of Justin Bieber, most rap, and heavy metal. (JB is a mediocre singer - IMO - and he REEAALLLYYY needs to re-learn hip-hop, or just learn it decently, I don't see the point in songs I can't understand, and heavy metal just sounds like screaming and guitar mutilating to me)

My favorites at this point in time, though, are alt rock, instrumentals, and old country.

I love pretty much all music genres. But I'm super into Electronica, Synth-Pop and Jazz.

And of course I also love some good ol' Orchestra and Instrumental pieces.

I mostly listen to downtempo (like Emancipator, he's the best example) but sometimes I listen to other genres, really anything that I feel like at the moment.
