My first ever deliberate effort to draw something:

Not bad for a start. The shading was a super annoying process. You can see the disgusting smudge near his left eye (the one on the right in the picture) where I had to erase a bunch :p I had a lot of trouble there for some reason. The nose also looks too curved and the eyes are too small.

Still, I'm impressed. I didn't think I could produce something like this. I think I captured his emotion quite well. I might try to do this some more.

Tell me what you think!

I like it very much, mate.

And don't be so hard on yourself! This is already better than most WSD-related things I have seen (especially for a first try!).

A valiant endeavor indeed! Looks real good. I'm an uncultured swine when it comes to art, so I'm neither in a position to judge nor advise. My complements are all I can give.

I also don't know about art, but I think it's good. Yeah, do some more if you'd like ;)

I must say, Hazel is really difficult to draw. I have two drawing of him and they look not really similar to the original. :p But your drawing is really nice..;)
Yes, i mean too. The eyes is absolutly the difficulted part of the drawings. And the nose too.
What i hate by some rabbit's is the white mark's around the eyes.
That's soo annoying to draw. :o
A little note from me for the next time.. The whiskers on the right side I wourld be draw near on the line between the nose and mouth. I know it's not on the original too, but i find it's strange..

I think it's amazing, especially for a first try.  In fact, it's one of the best pictures of series Hazel I've seen :hazel2

Really great work, in my opinion. Love the penciled sketch, it has something.
Yes, please draw some more, I'd be really interested, what might come next, because your style is very nice. ^w^

I'm always super critical of everything I do. It makes me seem harsh, but it's how I try to improve. I have to see where I made all my mistakes so I can avoid them next time, though I will admit that mindset gets in the way of appreciating what I've done sometimes.

Don't worry, I'm horribly uncultured as well. Drawing (or any other creative activity) is not what I normally do in my free time. :p

I've always liked pictures drawn only in pencil. I think I'll focus on those for a bit. I didn't know I had a distinguishable style.  :unsure

I think I will attempt :fiver next. Should be interesting.

Now this one's pretty good! I didn't feel like shading this one so I just did the eyes. Again, the left eye was by far the hardest part for me. I don't know why, but getting it to look good is extremely difficult. I guess I screwed up some proportions here and there but overall this is a nice step up from the last one.

I might get more ambitious on my next picture.

Ah, my precious :fiver !

You are off to a fantastic start with your art! Getting eyes to look good and symmetrical is tricky, I always struggle with it but you did really well!

I look forward to seeing more, and yes, definitely get more ambitious with your next one!

Keep drawing and eventually you will find drawing them a breeze! :D
