I'm a hero!

I had an interesting experience today.  A squirrel decided to run through our yard. Both of my dogs attacked with a pincer movement. I got up and ran out to stop them. My big dog had the squirrel in his mouth and I grabbed his skin and pulled him back. The squirrel got away and ended up in the little dogs mouth. I grabbed him with the other hand and pulled him back. The squirrel got away and turned out to be fine.

In watership down terms I'm a hero haha!  That's one lucky squirrel.

A lucky squirrel indeed :)

I have several dogs and stopping them from attacking a pray is no easy feat. Way to go, man!

Nice one! :D I've rescued a few ickle creatures from my cats. Mice and shrews and the like are a right pain to catch! One I tried to rescue nipped me on the finger, drawing blood - that's gratitude for you!
