I'm not sure I understand exactly what type of help you need.  You can post in any thread if you want to contribute to the discussion (there is no rule against bumping old threads).  This thread may also provide you with some answers.

Welcome to the forum, Nildro! As someone who is also pretty new here (I joined in April) I can tell you that navigating the site took a while to get used to, but it becomes easier to use once you use it more and more. And if you mean the paws by our usernames, we get those just by posting (and in some cases being a moderator/founder)
