Hi all, I'm Folgrimeo. I've always been a fan of animals, so on the few times that I'd read a book, it'd usually have animals in it. I read "Watership Down" in January 2005 which opened my eyes to the kind of writing quality I've been missing out on. I had many great things to say about it, it's just fantastic, and the film's worth watching too. Then I dove into the Redwall series a couple months later and was pretty focused on that.
While some entries in the Redwall series are my favorite books of all, I still think "Watership Down" is the best-written and the deepest while still being entertaining. And I wouldn't have come across Redwall if it didn't have that advertisement of being like WD.
Glad to be here and I look forward to discussing Watership Down.
