Keith has already provided a link on youtube where you can watch the movie.  Places like amazon.com or ebay have copies of the film available for purchase at a reasonable price if its something you decide to buy.  Make sure you get the one with the correct region code because its offered in many different areas.

I have read the book, and I'll tell you one thing... Best book I've ever read!! Only book that made me want to read it a second time right after finishing it the first time. Though I recommend watching the movie first, the book really changed my opinion of the movie.
