The paragraph hasn't been updated, but in the right column it says Premiere Date 12/25/2018

Looks like the miniseries will premiere on Netflix on Christmas day!  It will probably air on the BBC before its Netflix premiere, though; no dates have been announced yet.

That would be a Christmas Merical if it premieres that day.
What bothers me about netflix is that an official trailer for their shows and movies usually aren't released until about two weeks before it airs. Looks like well probably have the trailer during December as well.

On the 24th of November, there will be a preview of episode 1 along with a Q&A session with the producers.  This will happen at BFI Southbank in London at 11AM local time.

Good to have something like this, though for me knowing the BBC date would be better! Unfortunately won't be able to make the Southbank event, but I'm sure it will be interesting.

About time we heard something.   I think we were all afraid the series was dead in the water!

A French dub is already happening; I wouldn't be surprised if they made a German dub too.

Watership Down used to remind me of Christmas as I used to love watching it, so to see it on Christmas would be fab and nostalgic. However, aren't they following the book more this time? What an appropriate Christmas Day special At any rate, I hope it looks good and follows the story well.

On November 28, there will be a case study of Watership Down at the C21 International Drama Summit in London.  Among the people present will be Tom Bidwell, who wrote the adaptation, and executive producer Rory Aitken.
