Now, I want do discuss something, I've noted already on my website: Campions scars.  :)

I don't believe that he got this scars from the rock that smashed him. They look more like being caused by a huge claw. I believe he got this scars by the Black Rabbit of Inlé.

Because of the scars, Spartina thinks he is Woundwort (The one-eyed Evil). So she escorts him to Darkhaven. Otherwise, Campion has been killed by the Darkhaven owsla.

What's your opinion?

I agree with you: he could not have gotten scars like that from a rock. Therefore, I think he probably did get these scars from the Black Rabbit. Also, he has scars immediately after getting out of the rocks, which is humanly (or rather, rabbitly) impossible. Even though it's a show that doesn't have much blood, he should not have scarred that fast. So, I think it logical that he got the scars from the Black Rabbit. I'm probably reading into it too much, but that is my opinion.

BTW: There's a nice phrase that could indicate that he got the scars from the Black Rabbit:

He always said, he was "touched" by the Black Rabbit of Inlé. It could really has touched him and caused the scars. But of course, the main reason for the scars is the possibility for Campion to go to Darkhaven.

The Black Rabbit is the bunny with the master plan.  Campion needed scars, otherwise he would never have influenced Darkhaven, and then Woundwort would probably never have found WSD, and then there never would have been a battle, and then...and then...and then....

You get it. ;)

We read too much into this.

Isn't that a good thing about season 3? That you can discuss more about it than season 1 or 2  ;)
