Watership Down Lane and Fiver Circle

I recently found this while searching google maps, looking for roleplay inspiration...

I laughed so hard.

Apparently someone likes Watership Down enough to name a street after it.

Me too actually! It's quite a bit more north but that's why I found it so funny.  Here, of all places in the world? Why? xD

Heh. They even have a street called "Big Var Way". That's sounds almost like "Bigwig's Way", a name of tv-series episode.

A bit south of that there is a Pipkin Cove as well, I just looked.

The city must have fans of WSD on their payroll to get the streets named after things like that.  Wonder what the people think of living on "Fiver Circle".

I can picture the people living there thinking "What on earth is a pipkin/fiver/watership down?"
With most of the streets in a grid and not having proper names just stuff like 13200 South, I can see so much confusion with these, even the cul-de-sacs are named like that; look south of Fiver Cir for an example.
