Is this happening to anyone else?

Whenever I post something new, this happens.

The area where my avatar is at is wider than the posting screen. I'm using Firefox.

I'm using Firefox too and so far I haven't got this problem.

Neither have I. It happens here and on the forums of the game Dead Frontier. Quite often to. I had to refresh the page just to post in this topic because it did it too. Did it right after I posted in that movie topic, too.

And after refreshing, everything was fine?  :blink

Then, it's usually a cache problem or a problem with the internet connection.

I always clear my cache when I delete my history and my internet connection is fine. I doubt it since Hawkbit knows what he's doing with forum coding, but all I can assume is that it is a mistake in the HTML.

Well, i did the following changes:

Add my banner - this is done in a special section and couldn't affect the left column with the avatar.

Add my copyright in the footer - same as the banner.

Changed the color of links - only one color-hexcode was changed. Could also not affect the problem.

Replaced some images - that couldn't have done something with the problem at least.

I really hope, I didn't mess up the html-code. But on the other side, the forum works fine for me. I absolutely can't see an error :(

Edit: Installed Firefox and there is still no error  :blink

I know from once having my own forums that none of those things can cause an html-code error. Could be my computer, because, like I said, it happens on other sites.

- Fiver's Honeycomb
- Dead Frontier
- Fanpop

There's a 4th, but I don't remember what it is now.

I'm using Google Chrome on a different computer, and the signature images sink below the member's post and cover up the next messages written. :(  Definitely a chrome bug.

Now that's real weird!

Using my standard Chrome for surfing, everything is fine.

Using Chrome on my tablet or the developer-installation for my websites, it's the same as before.

It seems if you use Chrome and tell it to forget all history or not save webpages ("incognito" as they call it) it produces this error.  Maybe its a caching error.

Oh...I'm having this problem too, and since I use incognito mode a lot that would explain why it only happens sometimes, to me at least.

And I agree it's not just happening on this forum, I'm having similar stuff happen on most of the sites I'm on.

@Hawkbit: If only Google Chrome worked on my computer without constantly freezing up.
