From 05. Juni 2014 till 16. Juni 2014 is the 259th Erlanger Bergkirchweih (Berchkerwa)
More than 1 million people visit the Bergkirchweih in Erlangen every year. The most female visitors wear a "Dirndl" and the most male visitors wear a "Trachtenoutfit with Trachtenshirt, Lederhose and Haferlschuhe". The beer is very good. The "Berchkerwasbier". The people drink the beer on the "Bierkeller", for e. g. Erich-Keller, Birkners Keller, Entlas Keller, Brucker Keller, etc.. The beer is very good from Steinbach-Bräu, Kitzmann, Tucher and Mönchshof.

Berch 2015 is great. Many beer and many food and the atmosphere is great.
After some beer the most are singing and dancing. The "Bergkirchweih" is the biggest festival in Franconia.

The Aascher Kerwa 2015 was great.

Thursday is the official opening with tapping of the beer barrel by the mayor.

Friday is a competition.

Saturday at 10 a.m. the Kerwasburschen go to the forest and bring the tree to centre of the village.

The tree put up by the Kerwasburschen.

In the different states gives sweets of all kind.

Sunday is the "Raustanzn" dancing. The guys dance with their girls and sing Kerwas-songs.

At sunday evening start the one the biggest partys. The Aaschparade. The Aaschparade starts at the brevery and ends at the bar. 3 stations have the parade.

Monday is the last of the Kerwa.
