It looks similar to the Ouran Host Club with the clothing style, but the animation is not similar. Dang, this is tricky :hazel2

Wow, I never noticed how similar their uniforms are to Ouran, Vesper :lol

And I know which anime you mean and it is similar, Chibiscuit but not quite :P
