Both scenes make me want to cry, but I just bite my tongue. I don't usually cry at movies, but all three times I saw it it made me tear up. Especially when it says "all the world will be your enemy, prince with a thousand enemies." I don't know why that's so powerful right then but it is.
I'm basically Bigwig in personality, so you can see that crying at a movie is very out of character.
Yes I am definitely Bigwig. Very blunt and somewhat pessimistic at times, but, I'm loyal and brave too
When Hazel 'dies' and his spirit follows El Ahrairah, that is why I cry. I don't cry easily at movies either, so that shows you, this scene really moved me.
It is that besides being wonderful scenes, these are very powerful messages of perseverance and hope. The music, the characters are all perfect in his narrative to make a great moments we will never forget ever. And so it's worth seeing.
“All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a Thousand Enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.”
